Licence to Drive!!

My dear friend PaPPu was rejected the Driving Licence today!!!

Wann know the reason ????

He was driving with one Hand !!!! I am laughing like anything eversince I heard this.

The probable reasons :

1) The Examiner might be a cute, sweet and beautiful lady and (as usual) PaPPu was trying to impress her!
2) (As usual) PaPPu, the sleepless in HillBrook, was chating with Monika (name changed due to security threat to the writer) yesterday night and he was dreaming of being with Monika on a short drive (!).
3) He is still not ready to give up all his old bad habits (like driving with one hand).
4) He drank water by mistake yesterday night or may be (only) Juice!!

Can anybody think of more reasons ??
